Wow…8 New Properties For Sale. 7 Day Market Update - Hermosa Beach header image.


Finally, we have some new inventory hitting the market. Let’s see how quickly these properties sell. This will be a good indicator of how the market is moving. At this point in time, after the addition of 8 new properties, we still only have 30 active listings citywide and 23 properties in escrow. Of the 30 active properties, 

17 are single family homes and 11 are condos or townhomes.
