It still remains to be seen what will happen with the market in the United States and in Hermosa Beach specifically. It has been an extremely long run of growth and interest hikes are looming in the near future (although, we have been saying that for years now). 

Inventory is still really low (shocker). With only 38 properties currently on the market, it is one of the lowest inventories we have seen. Hermosa has 20 In Escrow at the moment.
