Currently, we only have 31 properties for sale here in Hermosa Beach…..LOW!
Of those 31 properties, 20 have been on the market for over 30 days, leaving 11 properties that have been for sale less than a month. About 2/3rd’s of these are getting stale and sitting on the market. We have 24 properties in escrow citywide, indicating that the well positioned properties are selling.
