More Multiple Offers…How Many? 7 Day Market Update - Hermosa Beach

We are down to 28 properties for sale citywide. Of the 8 newly active properties
from last week, 50% are already in escrow. We heard Springfield had 14 offers and a property on Manhattan Avenue had multiple offers. We feel like the momentum will continue through the holiday into the first of the year.
