It’s An Inventory Issue...7 Day Market Update - Hermosa Beach

There are only 30 Active properties for sale in Hermosa currently. Inventory is significantly down, by close to 40%. Only 6 properties have been on the market for 14 days or less. This indicates that a large portion of the properties for sale, have been sitting on the market for more than a few weeks. The good properties still sell right away.
