Gobble, Gobble…..Says The Market For Thanksgiving! 7 Day Market Update - Hermosa Beach

We currently have 23 Active Listings in Hermosa Beach and 30 properties in escrow. Approximately half of the properties in escrow sold within 2 weeks of hitting the market. It’s still an inventory issue. With little to purchase, buyers have to compete. The new year should bring a wave of fresh inventory.
