50% Drop In Inventory….WOW! 7 Day Market Update - Hermosa Beach
As of this writing, Hermosa currently has only 20 properties actively for sale. On average, Hermosa has between 40-50 properties for sale. Last year at this time, we had 36 properties for sale. Let represents nearly a 50% drop. Inventory is tight.
