That was quick… 9 days. It sold for $13,500 above list price. 447 Herondo is a 30-unit complex, located on the Redondo/Hermosa Border. This unit last sold in 2011 for $475K. Below are last year sales in this complex.

After almost 3 months, 1244 9th sold for $150K below the asking price. This property last sold in 1998 for $735K.
