That was quick…in only 8 days this one has a buyer. 401 Gentry is a duplex located on the corner of prospect and Gentry on a pie shaped lot with ocean views in the distance. This duplex last sold in 1998 for $770K.

273 Valley was sold off market and then posted on the MLS for comp purposes. This is a huge number for this complex and the 2nd biggest sale ever. The only unit to sell for more had a higher square footage and bedroom count. 223 Valley is currently in escrow at a list price of $999K and we are guessing it will close somewhere in the $1,020,000 range.
