This single family home is located a half block east of prospect on 7th place. It was on the market last July (2016) for $1,250,000 however did not sell.

2640 Hermosa Av #2 Listed for $1,050,000 2 bed/2 bath 

2640 Hermosa is part of a 7-unit complex that is located steps to the beach and sand.

10 days and this one has a buyer. This single family home is located on the Hermosa/Redondo border. It has nice views from the rooftop deck. This property last sold in 2009 for $870,500.

1056 7th St $1,635,000 4 bed/4 bath

Another one that went quickly…10 days. 1056 7th is detached Cape Cod townhome built in 2006 and located 3 properties west of prospect. It was on the market in 2016 for $1,799,000….yet after almost 3 months, it didn’t sell. This home was last purchased in 2007 for $1,350,000.

1633 Prospect Av Listed for $1,749,999 3 bed/3.5 bath

Less than a week and this one has a buyer. 1633 is a detached townhome located on the west side of prospect. The home last sold in 2006 for $1,250,000.

In about a month this home sold for $14K below the original list price. These 2 on a lot townhomes were built in 2006 and are only 4 properties east of the greenbelt. This property last sold in 2008 for $1,110,000.The other townhouse attached to this one, 628 7th, sold in 2015 for $1,500,000.

405 29th St Sold at $2,905,000 4 bed/3 bath /2 (pwds)

Sold for $6k over the initial asking price. It was built in 2001 and is located 4 blocks from the beach. This home last sold in 2010 for $2,075,000.

1540 The Strand Sold for $14,150,000 5 bed/6.5 bath

This brand new Strand home never hit the market. This land was purchased in 2013 for $6.8M.

324 Prospect Sold for $1,490,000 4 bed/4 bath

That was quick! It took less than a week and sold for 40K above the asking price. This tall-skinny single family home last sold in 2011 for $982K. It has a rooftop deck that offers some ocean views to the west.

1043 Sunset Sold $1,965,000 3 bed/3.5 bath

After 18 days and a $234K price chop, it has sold. It’s part of a 7-unit condo complex located a few blocks to the sand.
The unit directly next door just closed sale 2 months ago (Feb. 14th) for $1,875,000. It was the same size property and originally priced at $1,900,000. 1043 Sunset last sold in 2003 for $955K
