It sold for just $4,800 under the list price. 2411 Prospect pops up from time to time on our update. This is only the second time so far this year. Unit #127 was on the market for almost 3 weeks at $599K, however has been canceled. Last year, unit #308 sold for $520K, that was the highest sale in the complex last year. Unit #226 (below on this list) sold for $620,066. The highest sale ever was a 3 bedroom unit for $550K in 2005.

1252 20th Pl Sold for $1,360,000 3 bed/2.5 bath

After 4 months and $154K below the asking price, this one has sold. 1252 20th Place is another single family home located on the Hermosa/Redondo Border. 1246 19th, which is similar in size and location, closed for $1,414,000.

1630 Monterey Sold for $3,900,000 4 bed/4.5 bath

After 2 ½ months and a $200K price drop ($4.1M list price), this one has sold. 1630 Monterey was on the market last year for 74 days listed at the same price, however it did not sell. Prior to last year, it was on the market in 2015 for $4,495,000 and didn’t have any takers. This home last sold in 2005 for $2.9M.

634 9th is a 2003 built, 3 on a lot attached townhome that has some ocean views in the distance. It last sold in 2005 for $1,299,000.

714 8th Place Sold for $2,300,000 4 bed/3.5 bath

In 3 weeks and only $50K below list price, this one has a new owner. 714 8th place is a Mediterranean style beach home with ocean views. This property last sold in 2013 for $1,560,000. It is located between Ardmore and PCH just north of 8th street.

1014 10th Sold for $1,285,275 3 bed/1 bath

It took only 2 weeks and a $100K price improvement to find a new owner for this single family home. 1014 10th is located on the east side of PCH. It last sold in 2006 for $725K.

2411 Prospect # 226 Sold for $620,066 2 bed/2 bath

2411 Prospect is a 63 unit complex. This is an end unit with views of the courtyard. Unit 310 (which is the first closed on this list) sold for $595,000. Unit #226 last sold in 2013 for $425K. This is a popular complex because it is usually the lowest priced property in Hermosa Beach.

411 29th Sold for $1,625,000 2 bed/1 bath

This one sold for $225K above the list price in only 2 weeks. 411 29th is in north Hermosa Shakespere district, walking distance to the beach and Valley Park. This 1940’s home was last sold in 1975 for $47K. We heard they had around 10 offers on this one!

1005 15th Sold for $1,250,000 3 bed/2 bath

Sold in only 2 weeks for list price. 1005 15th is a single family home located in east Hermosa, just west of Prospect. After hitting the market 13 days ago, it has a buyer.
