It sold for $5K below the new asking price. . It’s a brand new build just east of PCH in the Hermosa Hills. This property is 3700 sq. ft. (good size) and on a 5000 sq. ft. lot. The outside shot looks stunning. The dirt (teardown) sold in 2014 for $875K.

We sold this townhome in 5 days with multiple offers and $51K over asking price. Needless to say, the seller is very happy. There are a few different models in this complex. There have been three 1494 sq. ft. unit sales and three 1840 sq. ft. unit sales in this townhome community over the last year.
