1724 prospect is a detached townhouse that was built in 2016. This property has been on and off the market, however in less than 3 weeks this one has a buyer.

In just a week this home found a buyer. 714 10th is a detached townhouse between Ardmore and PCH.  It has a rooftop deck and some ocean views.

It took a $30K reduction, however that was enough to grab a buyer. 1300 The Strand is a condo/Hotel. The unit for sale is a studio with Park views to the north. This condotel complex has 96 units. The owners are allowed to reside in their unit for up to 90 days a year. The last studio sale was in March of 2014 for $590,000.

1707 PCH #303 Listed for $479,000 1 bed/1 bath

1707 PCH is a 72 unit complex on the west side of PCH. Some of the units have ocean view peaks. Unit#303 does not appear to have any views, however it is priced well. There are 2 other 1 bed 1 bath units that sold in January for $485K and $489K.

546 11th #A Sold for $1,225,000 2 bed/3 bath

546 11th is a 3 on a lot detached townhome. It appears this one found a buyer off-market.  The middle unit #B sold in July 2016 for $1,102,000 and #C leased for $3800 during that time.

501 Herondo #14 Sold for $953,000 2 bed/2.5 bath

501 Herondo is a 75-unit complex located a few blocks to the sand. This unit sold after 2 weeks for $3,000 over the list price. Herondo is the Hermosa/Redondo border, so this property is located on the southern edge of the Hermosa Sand section. Unit #72 sold in March for $945K and unit #49 sold in January for $995K.

1246 20th Place Sold for $1,335,000 2 bed/1 bath

Sold in 2 weeks for $16K over the asking price! 1246 20th place is a single family home located on the Hermosa Beach/North Redondo area. This home is most likely for someone looking to do some upgrades or remodeling. It sits on a 5,018 sq. foot lot. Unfortunately, the city doesn’t allow you to split this size lot, even though it was once a common practice. It is still common practice in the neighboring Golden Hills area of Redondo Beach.
