This home is located on the corner of 3rd and Ardmore, east of the greenbelt.
308 Ardmore was on the market until the end of January of this year for $1,677,000 however didn’t sell. Now it’s on the market again with a new agent and a lower price point. I think this price will garner much more activity.

This single family home is located on the Hermosa/Redondo border. It has nice views from the rooftop deck. This property last sold in 2009 for $870,500.

This is a single-family home in the Hermosa Hills section. This property last sold in 2012 for $1,425,000. 1222 7th sold this month for $2,177,500 and was finished being built this year…2017.

1737 Valley Park Listed for $1,999,000 4 bed/3 bath

This one has been on and off the market since March 2016 for $2.3M but after 3 months it didn’t sell. Now with a significant price reduction, it’s back on the market. It last sold in 2008 for $1,350,000.

1633 Prospect Av Listed for $1,749,999 3 bed/3.5 bath

This is a detached townhome located on the west side of prospect. The home last sold in 2006 for $1,250,000.

601 1st St #4 Listed for $1,150,000 3 bed/3 bath

This one first hit the market in February of this year for $950,000…yet was withdrawn a few days later. Now it is back on the market for $200K more. 601 1st is part of a 11-unit complex. The last sale was unit #7 in 2015 for $925K.

It took only 2 weeks to find a buyer for this detached townhome located close to the greenbelt and South Park. It last sold in 1981 for $210K. There doesn’t appear to be many upgrades in this property, however it seems to be priced accordingly.

1614 Bayview Listed for $1,399,000 2 bed/2 bath

That was quick….only 11 days this one has a buyer. 1614 Bayview is a single-family home, located 2 blocks north of Pier Avenue. It has peek a boo views and was purchased in August of 2015 for $1,365,000.

540 1st #8 Sold for $1,050,000 3 bed/3 bath

Wow! 91K above the asking price and it’s gone. This 10-unit complex is on the west side of PCH, a block north of South Redondo Beach. It last sold in 2007 for $890K. The most recent units to sell were #10 for $649K and #1 for $677K in 2011.

330 Hollowell Sold for $1,460,000 4 bed/3.5 bath

This one took a while to sell, yet after another 2 months and a $130K price chop, it has sold. This home was on the market for 138 days in July for $1,640,000 yet didn’t sell. This single family home is on the corner of Prospect and Hollowell. It last sold in 2012 for $1,060,000.

1641 Golden Sold for $1,891,500 3 bed/3.5 bath

Golden found a buyer in 12 days and sold for $7500 off the asking price. This two on a lot is located in the Hermosa Hill Section, perched high on the hill with nice views of PV and the ocean off in the distance. 1641 last sold in 2015 for $1,750,000.

77 15th #8 Sold for $870,000 2 bed/2 bath

It took a about $55K off the asking price This condo is part of a 14 unit complex located just a few properties from the sand. Unit #9 is currently in escrow with an asking price of $879K, however it is a 1 bed 1 bath.
