This beach cottage was built in 1937. This home was last on the market in 2015 for $1,690,000, however it did not sell. The market this year provided a happier ending.

After 4 ½ months and for $85K below asking price, 306 29th has sold. This Spanish colonial bungalow is located in the sand section. It is a duplex that has a detached 1 bedroom above the garage.
