This attached townhome is located just a few steps to Pier Avenue and a block and half to the beach. It was on the market last year for $1,675,000 and after 82 days, it was taken off the market

445 Monterey Listed for $2,080,000 4 bed/5 bath
This detached 2-on-a-lot townhome was built in 1998. This unit last sold in 2005 for $1,425,000. It was on the market in 2014 for 83 days at $1,880,000 and didn’t sell.

123 Bayview Listed for $1,749,000 3 bed/3.5 bath
This one just hit the market a week ago and already has a buyer. This is a detached townhome located a block and a half to the beach. It sold 3 years ago for $1.4M as new construction.

501 Gentry Listed for $1,399,000 4 bed/2 bath
It took only 2 days on the market for this single family home to sell. It last sold in 2012 for $799K.

3410 The Strand Listed for $6,749,000 3 bed/3.5 bath
After only a month on the market, this Strand home has a buyer. Even though it is a smaller lot and home, which may not be good for a family, it offers a location that appeals to a wide variety of buyers (2nd home owners, empty nesters, etc.).

439 Palm Listed for $2,399,000 4 bed/4.5 bath
After 3 weeks, this attached townhome has a buyer. It is part of a 2-unit townhome development. Its partner (438 Hermosa Avenue) sold earlier this year for $2,975,000.

Another Longfellow property for sale…sold in 3 weeks! It’s a duplex located about 5 properties east of the greenbelt. This property last sold in 2010 for $980K. There are 6 townhomes being built sitting on 3 different lots to the west. They were 3 different duplexes prior to the new construction.

165 Manhattan Listed for $1,995,000 3 bed/4 bath
In just under 2 months, this detached townhome has a buyer. The property last sold in 2008 for $1,250,000.

717 24th St Listed for $5,000,000 4 bed/4.5 bath
After just a few months on an off the market and a $500K price increase, this property has a buyer. It hit the market last December for $5,350,000 but didn’t sell. It last sold in 2008 for $889K. Once a 3 bed, 2 bath 1300 sq. foot home, it is now a 4 bed, 4.5 bath, 5167 sq. ft. home…with ocean views.

1514 Silver St Listed for $885,000 1 bed/1 bath
This one took over 3 months and a price reduction to get into escrow. It’s a great little cottage located east of PCH, right on the Redondo border. The home was built in 1931. This property last sold in 2013 for $570K.

1501 Palm Listed for $3,485,000 4 bed/4.5 bath
This Starr designed newly constructed attached townhome is in its final stages of completion. It is located just a short stroll to the sand and has ocean views right down 15th street. This lot was purchased in 2013 for $1,725,000 prior to building the 2 current townhomes.

54 10th St Listed for $1,599,900 2 bed/2 bath
It took over 3 months and a $100K price reduction, however this one is in escrow. This is a single family home, one half block from the strand. It last sold in 2010 for $850K.

2411 Prospect #109 Listed for $425,000 1 bed/1 bath
This unit sold last year for $415K. 2411 Prospect is a 64-unit building that has had over 20 sales since the beginning of 2013. We have written about this complex numerous times since our blog inception.

1641 Manhattan Ave Listed for $2,749,000 5 bed/3.5 bath
It only took 13 days! This single-family last sold in 2006 for $1.6M, prior to the last crash. Even though the bones have existed since 1965, the home has been extensively remodeled.

2030 Prospect Ave Sold for $1,550,000 3 bed/3 bath
After just 3 weeks this home sold for $99K below the initial asking price. It is located just east of PCH and has ocean views from the rooftop deck. It last sold in 1997 for $210K prior to the remodeled in 2004.

1707 Pacific Coast #408 Sold for $430,000 1 bed/1 bath
This one didn’t even make it a week before finding a buyer…and it sold for $6K above the asking price. The last sale prior to this was in 2007 for $415,000.

1946 Loma Dr Sold for $1,100,000 1 bed/1 bath
It took over a month and a $199K price reduction, however this cottage sold. It was purchased for the dirt (4,768 sq. ft. lot). This home last sold in 1986 for $169K.

2411 Prospect #117 Sold for $510,000 2 bed/2 bath
It took just about 6 weeks and $9K off the asking price for a deal to be met.
