1050 Ardmore Sold for $1,550,000 4 bed/4 bathAnother quick sale….3 days on market. 1050 Ardmore is an attached townhome. It was built in 1989 and last sold in 1994 for $385K.

12 The Strand Sold for $5,194,000 4 bed/4 bath 12 The Strand was built in 1987 and has been on and off the market since January, originally starting with an asking price of $7,980,000. Wow…that was a big discount.

1600 Ardmore #301 Sold for $687,000 2 bed/1 bath In 3 ½ months, this condo on Ardmore has sold for $92K below the asking price. The interesting thing about this unit is that it’s a top floor, corner condo. These are highly desirable. I guess the current market spoke.
