72 The Strand is part of a 6-unit complex. It is located close to the Hermosa Redondo Border. Unit #3 sold in February 2016 for $700K. However it was an 818 sq. foot 2 bed, 2 bath unit that sold as a short sale. I suspect this might sell quickly…although it’s hard to tell from the photos.

1235 2nd Listed for $2,300,000 4 bed/4 bath

1235 2nd hit the market last April for $2,298,000, however after 4 months it didn’t sell. The property last sold in 2010 for $1,150,000.

925 9th Listed for $$2,299,000 4 bed/3.5 bath

This gorgeous Hermosa hills home was built in 2000. 925 9th last sold in 2011 for $1,475,000

611 9th St #1 Listed for $1,595,000 3 bed/3 bath

611 9th is a 3 on a lot attached townhome, east of the green belt and Cypress Park. This home last sold in 2012 for $1,085,000.

415 24th Place Listed for $2,399,000 4 bed/2.5 bath

415 24th is a single family home located in northern Hermosa. The property hasn’t been on the market since 2010 when it was listed for $1,649,000. It has a 4 bedroom, 2.5 bathroom main house and a 2 bedroom, 1 bath guesthouse.

601 1st St #4 Listed for $1,150,000 3 bed/3 bath

This one first hit the market in February of this year for $950,000…yet was withdrawn a few days later. Now it is back on the market for $200K more. 601 1st is part of an 11-unit complex. The last sale was unit #7 in 2015 for $925K.

5 Days and for $75K above asking price…it’s gone. This 3 on a lot attached townhouse is in the sand section of Hermosa Beach about a block north of Pier Avenue. The property was on the market in 2015 for $1,499,000, however didn’t sell. It last sold in 2005 for $995K.

1836 Palm Dr. Sold for $1,700,000 3 bed/3 bat
After 4 ½ months on the market and $95K off the list price, this one has closed sale. 1836 Palm is a single family home located in the sand section about 6 blocks north of Pier Avenue. It last sold in 2004 for $1,110,000 and was on the market again in 2014 for 189 days asking $1,650,000, however didn’t sell.

1614 Bayview Sold for $1,375,000 2 bed/2 bath

This sold for $24K below the asking price…all cash. 1614 Bayview is a single-family home, located a few blocks north of Pier Avenue. It has peek a boo views and was purchased in August of 2015 for $1,365,000.
