That was quick! This condo went into escrow in only 8 days. 1600 Ardmore is a popular 100-unit complex located east of the greenbelt that frequently pops up on our update. Unit #134 (see closed section) sold for $525K, which is a 1-bed 1bath. This until sold last June for $557,000.

1014 10th Listed for $1,399,000 3 bed/1 bath

It took only 2 weeks to find a buyer for this single family home. 1014 10th is located on the east side of PCH. It last sold in 2006 for $725K.

1928 Rhodes Listed for $1,550,000 3 bed/2 bath

1928 Rhodes sits between PCH and Prospect in the Hermosa hills and has some ocean views from inside the property. It’s a big number for a 1235 sq. foot house on a 2447 sq. foot lot. We are curious to see what the final closing price is.

1918 The Strand Listed for $7,200,000 4 bed/4 bath

After a $500K price reduction and 8 months on the market, 1918 the strand has a buyer. While strand properties aren’t often for sale, they have been coming up more and more recently, mostly due to the huge run-up in the market. The strand currently has 2 active single family home for sale….see below::

1079 Loma sold in 5 days and for $11K above the asking price. It is a 2 on a lot attached townhome a few blocks from the beach, Clark Field, the greenbelt, and Pier Avenue. This home last sold in 2009 for $750,500.

2824 Hermosa Ave Sold for $7,050,000 5 bed/4 bath/2 (pwds)

It took 7 months and a $1.2M chop from the original asking price to close this one. All that being said, this is a big # for Hermosa Ave. 2824 Hermosa is a brand new construction with stunning coastal and ocean views. This lot was purchased in 2015 for $3.4M.
