220 4th is located in the sand section on Hermosa, it has some ocean view from every level. This home was last sold in 2005 for $1,450,000. It’s a big number, however inventory is still very low.

2704 Hermosa Ave Listed for $2,828,000 2 bed/2 bath

2704 Hermosa is a directly across from the strand and offers great ocean views. This home last sold in 1987 for $320K. With this location and inventory as low as it is, I suspect this one will move quickly.

647 7th Listed for $2,250,000 4 bed/2 bath

This 1968 home has been remodeled inside and out with quartz counters, hardwood floor and stainless appliances. It was purchased in 2013 for $889,000 (before it was remodeled). It seems like a big #….I will be watching this one.

That was quick…1 week and this one has a buyer. 106 Monterey, the “Painted Ladies”. These 6 side-by-side units are reminiscent of the famous Painted Lady homes in San Francisco. 112 Monterey next door sold for $949K last spring 2017.

122 Bayview Dr. Listed for $1,375,000 3 bed/2 bath

In 2 short weeks this home is in escrow. 122 Bayview is a single family home a few blocks from the beach that offers ocean views. The lot footprint is only 902 sq. ft. This home last sold in 2012 for $850K.

1600 Ardmore #219 Listed for $599,000,000 2 bed/1 bath

After being on the market for over 30 days and a $21K price amendment, this condo has a buyer. 1600 Ardmore is a 100 unit complex on the east side of the greenbelt. Unit #105 sold for $665,000 in October of last year.

1707 PCH #408 Listed for $519,000 1 bed/1 bath

That was quick!. 1707 PCH is a 73 unit complex located on the west side of PCH. Unit #303 just sold for $495K. This unit sold in 2016 for $430,000.

1921 Power St Sold for $5,962,430 6 bed/4.5 bath

It took over 5 months and for $130K below asking price, however this home has sold. It sits on a 13,000+ sq. ft. lot in Hermosa west of Valley! 1921 Power is located on a private street/extension. This home was built in 1999 and has a saltwater pool, wine cellar, and a recording studio. It last sold in 2004 for $2.7M.

330 28th Sold for $2,599,000 3 bed/2 bath

330 28th was on the market in early November for just over a month,
and then taken off the market. After a month back on the market this year, it has sold for the asking price. . In 2008, this home sold for $1,449,000.
