1819 Monterey is a recently built home that sold last year for $3,225,000. A year later, it is back on the market for $325,000 more. It seemed to be a steep price originally. I look forward to seeing how this property progresses.

This single family home is located a few blocks from the beach and has ocean views. The property last sold in 2015 for $2,750,000. It’s a beautiful home.

230 Manhattan sold for $116k below the initial asking price for all cash. It is the back unit of 3 attached townhomes. This home is located 2 blocks to the sand and water and has a nice roof top deck.

1619 Monterey Bl Sold for $1,890,000 3 bed/2.5 bath

SOLD for $109K below the asking price. 1619 Monterey is a single-family home located a few blocks to the sand. It has open ocean views.

240 34th Sold for $2,350,000 2 bed/2 bath

Sold for $349K below the initial asking price for all cash. 34th is a northern Hermosa street (almost part of the Manhattan Sand section). This single-family beach home is 1.5 blocks from the water. We sold 248 34th in 2015 for $2.6M (similar lot). This was a great purchase for the buyer.

521 2nd Sold for $1,125,000 3 bed/2.5 bath

521 2nd sold for $474K below the initial asking price in 3 days. This single family home is located close to the greenbelt with roof top deck views. . I’m not sure what the story is here, however it looks peculiar on paper. I’m uncertain why it sold for such a low number?
