In 30 days and for 10K above asking price, this property has sold. 1140 7th place is a single-family home located east of Prospect next to the Redondo/Hermosa beach border. This home last sold in 1988 for $299,000.

1600 Ardmore #134 Sold for $525,000 1 bed/1 bath

It didn’t take long for this one to sell….2 ½ weeks and for $16K above the asking price. 1600 Ardmore (The Commodore) is a 100-unit complex located on the eastern side of the greenbelt/Ardmore. Earlier this year, another 1 bed 1 bath hit the market for $499K and ended up selling for $550K. Unit #134 last sold for $315K in 2003.

1246 19th Sold for $1,414,000 3 bed/2.5 bath

This one sold in 30 days for $51K below the asking price. 1246 19th has city views and is located a few homes west of the north Redondo border. This home last sold in 2013 for $899K. It is a tall-skinny home on 2490 sq. foot lot. Similar tall skinnies in the neighboring section of Redondo (Golden Hills), just to the east, are selling around $575-600 per sq. foot. This one is priced at $740 per sq. foot, however it is located in Hermosa Beach, not Redondo.

826 18th Sold for $3,440,000 5 bed/4.5 bath

It took 2 1/2 months and a $760K price chop to get this new home sold. 826 18th is a brand new single family home located one property east of PC Highway. The home has ocean views off in the distance. This lot sold in 2015 for $960,000.
