This home hit the market last year, however didn’t sell. It was put back on the market this year and after 14 days; this castle has its new king and queen. 2821 Amby is perched in the pocket north of Gould and boasts Catalina, ocean and city views. This home last sold in 2009 for $5,175,000.
This home is a large compound that sits on a 10K lot.

330 28th was on the market in early November for just over a month,
and then taken off the market. After a month back on the market this year, it’s in escrow. In 2008 this home sold for $1,449,000.

224 Bayview is a 2 bed 1 bath and 1 bed 1 bath duplex located in the sand section close to the Hermosa/Redondo beach border. It took 3 price reductions and 3 months, however this one has made it into escrow. These small duplexes are getting swept up quickly when they hit their true market price point. 121 Manhattan Avenue, another duplex close by, currently has multiple over asking offers.
