I have a wonderful full-time staff, and we devote a lot of time networking and finding ways to uncover off-market properties and unique opportunities that other agents may not be aware of.

I think part of what has made my team and I so successful is product knowledge and understanding the differences between the various sections of the south bay, whether you’re looking at Beach front strand properties, Hermosa or Redondo townhomes, or single family homes in the Manhattan Beach.

We learn by doing many, many transactions and I think most of our clients can attest that we go the extra mile. The client relationship doesn’t end just because the escrow is closed. We stay in touch with our clients and we are always available to them, even years after the transaction is over.
